Order Processing Time
• All items are made to order and\\nrequire 20 to 30 working days for production.
• This timeline excludes weekends and\\npublic holidays.
• In case of any delay, our team will\\ncontact you directly.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted\\nif there is a clear manufacturing defect.
• Issues must be reported within 3 days\\nof receiving the item.

The item must be:
Unused\\nand unworn.
In\\noriginal condition and packaging.
Returned\\nwith the original invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
• Items damaged due to misuse.
• Requests made after the 3-day return\\nwindow.
• Custom or altered orders based on the\\nclient’s measurements or preferences.
• Items modified upon the customer’s\\nrequest.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
• Contact us via WhatsApp and provide\\nthe following:
• Order number.
• Clear photos of the item and the\\ndefect (if applicable).
• Our team will respond within 1–2\\nworking days to confirm your request.
• If approved, we will coordinate with\\nthe courier for return pickup.
4. Refund Policy
• Refunds will be issued to the original\\npayment method after deducting shipping fees.
• Refund processing time:
• 5–7 working days for Mada payments.
• 10–21 working days for credit/debit\\ncard payments.
